Our Guarantee

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy.

We will do our best to meet time-specific delivery times on weekdays.  However, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day unless it is a Funeral Arrangement Fri-Sun. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several weeks in advance.

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Please note that all prices are presented in USD unless otherwise noted.

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.

Delivery to Hospitals

When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. For the safety of our delivery drivers ALL arrangments ( even for employees of Hospital ) will be left with Reception.  Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Substitution Policy

Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. 

Pictures on our website are not identical to the Arrangement we design. Each Arrangement is one of a kind, and unique. The stock photos you see are a theme/ shape/ color combo for each Arrangement. Each designer has their own flare and will do an inspiration-design based off your choice. No two arrangements will ever look the same.

Delivery Policy

If no one is available, the Arrangement will be left at the front door. A picture will be taken and you will be notified via email that it was delivered.

We will take Weather conditions into account and may contact the recipient ( unless instructed not to by you ) 

If we are unable to reach them via phone as well, we will bring the Arrangement back to our shop and wait for further instructions. 

Cancellations

Any order can be canceled in full UNLESS:

It is 24 hours or less before the delv date.
If that's the case only 60% of your total amount will be refunded to due the cost of goods.. 

Cancelations after an arrangement has been delivered are on a case-to-case basis, and will be decided going off of the details of what's going on.  

We don't accept Cancelations on Arrangements after 24 hours of delivery. Many home conditions can contribute to flowers wilting/ changing- if it is passed 24 hours the responsibility is no longer on the shop for the Quality of Flowers.
